When Can Merchize Order Information Be Changed?

Cases where you may or may not change order information such as address, artwork:

    1. When the order and the items in the order have not been fulfilled and have not been pushed to the fulfill system, you can change the order information (artwork, address) easily.
    2. For fulfilled orders:

2.1 Order is fully fulfilled by Merchize

Once the order has been fulfilled by Merchize, the information has been transferred to the factory system and is in the production process, so you will not be able to change the information.

You will then see the following statuses:

    • Fulfillment Status: Fulfilled.
    • Fulfill by: Merchize.
    • Fulfillment cost status: Paid, clearly showing the amount and time of payment.

→ In case you still click on change address, there will be a message: “We cannot update address for this order because it has been fulfilled already. If you really want it to be updated, please contact the support team”.

→ If you click on ‘Upload Artwork’ a popup will appear with the message: “We cannot update artworks for this order because it has been fulfilled already. If you really want it to be updated, please contact the support team”.

→ When you want to change order information, please contact Support.

2.2 Orders are partially fulfilled by Merchize.

At that time, the part fulfilled by Merchize will not be able to change the artwork because it has been pushed to the workshop for production. The status of the application then is:

    • Fulfill by: Merchize.
    • Fulfillment Status: Fulfilled.
    • Fulfillment cost status: Paid.

The rest of the order that is not fulfilled by Merchize (for example, if you fulfill it yourself elsewhere), the order information will still be changed as usual.

→ At this point, you can change the address for the order, but note that this address will only update for the item that is not fulfilled by Merchize, because for the part fulfilled by Merchize, the address information has been sent to production system and cannot be changed. You can check the fulfillment information and time in the History section.

→ If you click on ‘Upload Artwork’ for the item fulfilled by Merchize, a popup will appear with the message: “We cannot update artworks for this part of the order because it has been fulfilled already. If you really want it to be updated, please contact the support team.”

→ Please contact Support if you want to change order information.

→ When you change the Artwork of an item that is not fulfilled by Merchize, a message will appear: “Changing artwork of this product will only reflect on this order and future orders which has not been fulfilled yet”. This change will only apply to this order and future orders that have not been fulfilled.

→ When you change the Address, a message will appear: “This order has been fulfilled by Merchize partially. The address changes will only be applied to the rest parts of the order.” The change of order address information will only be applied to fulfill by another party.

    3. Orders are fully fulfilled by Sellers

→ You can Delete/Upload Artwork normally. When changing the Artwork, a message will appear saying: “Changing artwork of this product will only reflect on this order and future orders which haven’t been fulfilled yet.” This change will only apply to the order. This item and future orders have not been fulfilled.

 

Note:

→ At the Product page, when changing the product Artwork, a message will appear: “Changing artwork of this product will only reflect on future orders which hasn’t been fulfilled yet.” The change will only be applied to orders. unfulfilled future.

→ Merchize has added a history of changing address information, including user information, modification time, and specific address information before and after correction to help Sellers control the change more easily.
