Care Instruction
A custom all over print baseball cap can be a bold accessory for your outfit. It is not only fashionable but also comfortable to wear, even under the scorching sun.
- Structured 5-panel mid-profile baseball cap with a seamless front, plastic snap closure on the back for a custom fit, a soft sweatband inside for extra comfy, and a sturdy plastic pre-curved visor.
- Light-weight polyester fabric is suitable to keep the head cool even under hot weather.
- A hard buckram is added to the front panel, creating forms and helping to hold its shape under the harshest condition.
- Eyelets are reinforced and stitched in four panels (except for the front) for better ventilation. It also gets a fabric-covered top button.
- Our custom hat is packaged properly, so it can maintain the perfect shape at all times and offer a classic look to you.
- One size fits most.

- The Center Print Area of the front panel is approximately 10 cm (around 3.9 inches) in height. To get the best result, don’t include too many details in your front design.
- Avoid small types and other thin elements. Lines and details should be greater than 10px in thickness.
- The pattern includes 5mm-7mm of the seam allowance.

Our printers accept both PNG and JPEG files. For printing purposes, always convert them to CMYK.

Note for artwork with transparency: Since .PNG files are only in RGB color space, we recommend creating your print files in CMYK and then converting them to an RGB color profile. - Fill the entire design space
Your image must cover the entire print area to ensure maximum coverage. - Place important design elements within the safe print area
The Safe Print Area line appears as a green dotted line when you’re designing your product.
Keep important parts of your design, like text or photos within the Safe Print Area to prevent them from being trimmed off. - Keep opacity greater than 45%
How To Get The Best Results
- Everything outside the safe print area is considered to be a bleed margin. You should extend your design to the edge of this area to prevent the appearance of irregular borders.
- Any space that isn’t covered by your design will show the white fabric.

- Aligning patterns/images perfectly from front to back is not possible.

- Due to the variability of computer and printer settings, we can not guarantee an exact 100% color match between the actual color printed and the color as seen on-screen for each order.
- It is highly recommended that you double-check some artwork files that you’re unsure about with our Support team first, before processing your order.
