TikTok Shop US offers two shipping options: “Shipping by TikTok" and “Shipping by Seller." Merchize supports both options for fulfillment orders.
For Seller Shipping orders, connect your TikTok account with Merchize. For TikTok Shipping orders, manually import fulfillment order details into Merchize using a CSV file.
Yes, a label handling fee of $0.5 will be charged for each TikTok Shipping label. Orders that use the Seller Shipping option do not incur this fee.
Seller Shipping orders will be tagged with “TikTok" and “TikTok_[your account name]" for identification. For TikTok Shipping orders, check the Shipping Information and Shipping Plan on the order detail page.
Check the error messages for errored orders either on the invalid link item file downloaded from the import error message or on the “Order Import Log" page. Correct the issues as indicated and attempt the import again.
