Note:

• Embroidered patch designs must include a clear outer border/stroke line of with a minimum thickness of 3 mm around the entire artwork.
• Sew-On & Iron-On: If your design has a transparent background, select Black or White option. This will be used as the felt background color.
• Hook and Loop: Select Black or White for the Hook & Loop backing. For designs with a transparent background, this color will be used for both the felt background and the Hook & Loop backing.

The base cost price only covers the blank product and shipping price. We charge an additional amount of $3 (for simple design - less than 25K stitches), $4.5 (for complicated design from 25K to 50K stitches), and $5.5 (for extra complicated design - from 50K to 100K stitches). The additional cost covers both the conversion fee and the embroidery cost.
