The subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of your subscription and on your monthly bill date.

There are two main methods for subscription & transaction fees payment in Merchize:

  • Automatic payments directly on your connected Paypay accounts. 
  • Manual payments: Add fund to your account balance.

Merchize offers a 3-day grace period before suspending an account due to non-payment.

You can view a full history of your invoices in your Admin panel. View this article for details.

Each new Merchize account must go through an activation approval process before any services can be used. Simply contact our Support Team to activate your account, and it usually only takes a few minutes.

  • For The Storefront Plan, it’s likely due to overdue invoices. You’ll need to pay your amount to reinstate your account.
  • For The Fulfillment Plan, our system will send your store to temporarily suspend mode if there’s been no activity over the last 4 weeks for efficient server utilization.

You may see a dialog in your Merchize Admin Dashboard displaying the status of your store. You also receive an email from Merchize with details about the suspension in advance.

 

Note that the account is only temporarily suspended. The data and resources of your account will not be lost. You can restore the account at any time by contacting our support team.
