WHAT'S NEWS?
Automatic credit point accumulation system and credit conversion table for each product line are integrated in Merchize’s Dashboard System. The more products you sell, the more credits you earn, which increases your chances of obtaining fantastic prizes.
Scope of application
Products manufactured directly at the Merchize Vietnam factory are applied for credit counting (See details in the credit conversion table below).
Contest Date
Merchize Contest 2021 starts from 1st October 2021 to the end of 31th September 2021.

CONTEST POLICIES
1. Entry Requirements
Seller guarantees to follow all binding terms and conditions based on Merchize’s Terms of Services, Fulfillment Policy. Merchize maintains the right to decide the prize’s content, terms, and structure.
2. Prize Conditions
Award recipients will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the reward, including but not limited to, taxes, transportation, transaction fee and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by award recipient in receiving or using the award.
3. Credit-point accumulation system
The data displayed on the credit-point accumulation system is real-time data, including all valid orders according to the contest rules. However, because the actual number of orders sold will have a small difference due to order cancellation or other reasons. Merchize system will summarize the correct credit data after the contest ends.
4. Other policies
- Merchize reserves the right to change the content & rules, prize conditions in any case of detecting errors, frauds or unauthorized interference beyond the control of Merchize affecting the security and fair competition.
- Merchize reserves the right to suspend, disqualify any individual found to be tampering with identification or eligibility proof documentation to join the contest, to violate the rules and conditions of Merchize Contest.
- Cancelled, refunded orders is not valid to be counted.
- Credits will be awarded for orders that are successfully made on the system throughout the Contest time (from 1st October 2021 to the end of 31st December 2021 (GTM+7)) and fulfilled.
- Product line applied for credit-point accumulation: Credit point counting conditions only apply to full fulfillment price, not applicable in conjunction with other price promotions, detailed in the list above.
- The Tier discount program (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) runs at the same time with Merchize Contest 2021.
- Use of any automated system, unauthorized human intervention, manipulation are prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated revenue will be void.

1. Who can join Merchize Contest 2021?
By entering our contest, you must be a Merchize Seller. This contest is open to all stores who are fulfilling orders through Merchize.
2. Does Merchize Contest accumulate credit points by orders or by unit sales?
According to the credit conversion table above, Merchize Contest 2021 is determined by unit sales. The number of credit points you have earned are displayed in the Dashboard system of your stores.
Note: Credit point only applies for product lines with full fulfillment pricing, not products with special pricing. Revenue of cancelled, refunded orders is not valid to be counted.

3. I'm not confident I'll get the top prizes. Can I combine multiple stores or sell with friends?
Yes. You can combine multiple stores to win the top prizes, as long as you use the same store registration email or have registered as a team with Merchize within the first 30 days of contest. After that, Merchize will no longer accept team registrations unless new stores are set up after that time. Please contact the Merchize Account Manager team for further information.
The maximum number of stores is 5 for store owners using different email accounts.
For stores owned by the same person, the maximum number of stores is 10. These stores must be on the same email account for 30 days prior to the contest's expiration. Stores do not meet the requirements will not be combined. Merchize retains the right to accept/ reject stores registered as a team.

4. Who will take the prize: anyone reaches the prize or who reaches the prize first to win the prize?
At the end of the contest, the person whose credit score meets any award milestone will receive that prize.
