How to Track and Manage Packages in Shipment Status

By using the Shipment Status tab, you can effectively monitor the progress of your shipments and address any potential issues promptly.
Steps to Access Shipment Status
- Sign in to your Merchize Seller account.
- From the dashboard, select Orders.
- On the Orders page, click the “Shipment Status" tab.
- In the “All Orders" section, you’ll see a list of orders and their respective packages, along with detailed information as described below:
Explanation | |
Order Number | A unique number that represents an order, making it easy to locate and track orders.
An order may be split into different packages. Below each order number, you’ll find a list of packages of that order. |
Package Number | Each package is displayed with its corresponding shipping information:

Customer Information | Includes details about the customer who placed the order:

Tracking Created | The time when the tracking number was generated (This depends on the tracking generation setup of each store). |
Tracking Synced | The last time the tracking number synced to the e-commerce platform.
If the tracking update time does not meet the platform’s SLA requirements, the Tracking Synced time will be displayed in red. |
Shipment Started | The date and time when the package started shipping. |
Estimated Delivery Date | The projected delivery date for the package. |
Actual Delivery Date | The actual date the package was delivered.

Last Update Note | The latest update note of the package. |
Tracking Status | The current shipping status of the package is displayed using the following statuses and colors:

How to filter your packages
Select the desired filters, and the system will update the list to display only packages matching the criteria.
- Tracking Status: Select specific statuses such as Pre-transit, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Exception, or Unknown to focus on packages with these tracking updates.
- Date Range:
- Paid At: Filter packages based on when they were paid for.
- Shipped At: Filter packages based on the shipment date (Only applicable for orders and packages shipped in the past 2 months)
- Other Criteria: Choose filters for order number, external number, tags, customer details, product titles, product collection, or product tags from the dropdown.
