Connect Customily and Merchize for Product Personalization

To connect your Customily and Merchize accounts, you will need to exchange API keys to allow the two platforms to communicate.

Step 1: Enable Merchize Integration in Customily

  1. Log in to your Customily account.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the Integrations tab.
  4. From the list of available providers, select Merchize.
  5. Click the Enable Integration button.

Step 2: Retrieve API Credentials from Merchize

    1. Open a new browser tab and log in to your Merchize account.
    2. Go to the Integrations section and select API.
    3. Here you will find your Access Token and Base URL. Keep this tab open as you will need to copy and paste this information into Customily.

Step 3: Enter Merchize API Credentials in Customily

  1. Return to your Customily browser tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Merchize Integration section.
  3. You will see two fields: API Key and API Signature.
  4. In Merchize, copy the Access Token and paste it into the API Key field in Customily.
  5. In Merchize, copy the unique code at the end of the Base URL and paste it into the API Signature field in Customily.
  6. Click Save Settings.

Your Customily and Merchize accounts are now connected!

Publishing a Product from Merchize

Once the integration is complete, you can begin publishing products from Merchize to your online store through Customily.

  1. In Customily, go to Publish a new product.
  2. Select Merchize as your provider.
  3. Choose a product from your Merchize catalog.
  4. Select any product variants and add a design. You can use your own designs or choose from Customily’s library.
  5. Adjust the design placement on the product.
  6. Select the store you wish to publish the product to.
  7. Preview your product and make any final edits to the title, description, and price.
  8. Click Publish

 

When a customer purchases the product from your store, the order will be automatically sent to Merchize for fulfillment and shipping.
