To comply with updated European import regulations and ensure a smooth customs clearance process, Merchize will apply import duties and related fees to eligible orders fulfilled at our US and Vietnam facilities and shipped to European destinations.

1. Import Duty for Orders Shipped from the US Facility to Europe

Starting from June 26, 2026, eligible orders will incur an import duty of USD 3.50 per package.

This fee applies to each qualifying package shipped from the Merchize US facility to the following 50 European countries and territories:

2. Import Duty for Orders Shipped from the Vietnam Facility to the EU

2.1. Import Duty

Starting from June 22, 2026, eligible orders will incur an import duty of USD 3.50 per product type.

For example: An order containing 2 product types (e.g., 3× AOP Soccer Jersey + 1× House Flag) is charged: 2 product types × $3.50 = $7.00 import duty

This fee applies to each qualifying package shipped from the Merchize Vietnam facility to the following 27 European countries and territories:

2.2 Additional Logistics Surcharge for Romania (RO)

In addition to the EU import duty above, orders shipped from Vietnam to Romania incur an extra logistics fee of USD 5.75 per package (charged on top of the per-product-type import duty in section 2.1)

Important Notes

The import duty is paid during the customs clearance process. Once an order has been shipped, this fee cannot be refunded, even if the order is:

• Undeliverable due to delivery failure
• Refused by the recipient
• Returned to the sender
