Import Duty for Orders Shipped from the US to Europe
To comply with updated European import regulations and ensure a smooth customs clearance process, Merchize will apply an import duty to eligible orders fulfilled at our US facility and shipped to European destinations.
Starting from June 26, 2026, eligible orders will incur an import duty of USD 3.50 per package.
This fee applies to each qualifying package shipped from the Merchize US facility to the following 50 European countries and territories:

Important Notes
The import duty is paid during the customs clearance process. Once an order has been shipped, this fee cannot be refunded, even if the order is:
- Undeliverable due to delivery failure
- Refused by the recipient
- Returned to the sender
